Dr. Clarence Nice and his son C. Carter Nice, Jr. founded our music store in 1948 in a house on the corner of Park & King Sts. in the Riverside section of Jacksonville, Fl. and called it Nice House of Music. Initially, we sold new & used pianos and band instruments. After 10 years of steady growth, the original store was torn down so a larger, more modern store could be built. In 1966, our current owner and son of Carter Nice, Bob Nice, joined the family business at the ripe old age of 24. Read more about us....
